- Minted a 2009 Roblox duck as a joke on a livestream, spent three years and seven figures of his own money buying back 60% of it, then got sued by Epic Games
- Co-founded YEET, a licensed crypto casino, with a poker world champion; it raised $7.75M from Dragonfly at a $42.5M valuation
- Writes Mando Minutes to about 20,000 readers every morning, and now runs futures grid bots, one making $105k a week
Notable trades
BAYC
Jun 2021–Feb 2023
~$9.1M partnership
By his own account, just over 80 Bored Apes bought in June 2021 at around $5,000 each, funded by emptying his and his wife's accounts, held at 0.8% of supply. Reported sale on 22 February 2023: 71 BAYC, 11 MAYC, 7 Azuki plus Beanz and Otherside into Blur for about 5,545 ETH, near $9.1M, Apes clearing a little over 78 ETH each, royalties paid. The book was shared with OSF and the split has never been published.
APE
Mar 2022
~$10M claimed
The March 2022 ApeCoin airdrop and the Mutant claims came off the same Ape stack eleven months before it was sold. He has put the week at about $10M. The figure is his own and unaudited, and the wallet split with OSF was never published.
PEPE
Apr–Jul 2023
~$1M in, ~$18M peak mark
He has said he was on the Space where the coin was created, a claim that rests on him alone: PEPE was a fair launch by an anonymous team. On 7 July 2023 Lookonchain flagged withdrawing , then about , from Binance. A 2026 clip put on a single PEPE trade. 635B marked at the all-time high of 9 December 2024 is about , so that figure is the stack at the top, not a realised exit. No sale has ever been published.
Trading style
Credit desk process on crypto instruments. He writes the entry, the exit and the stop before the trade, journals every one, and demands a minimum 2R to 3R on the setup. He weighs risk against reward before he takes a view on direction. Leverage is capped low, generally 3x to 5x, and he has said he deliberately pulled size out of the perp account so it would not be there to trade on impulse.
Since 2025 the working method has been futures grid bots, which he describes as becoming a market maker: set the range, monetise the volatility inside it, and get paid whether or not the direction is right. He uses AI to set the range and the stops.
The other half of the record is multi-year holding in very few names, taken early on culture rather than fundamentals and sold when a new venue arrives to print the liquidity.
The influence he names is OSF, his first boss on the high yield desk, who coached him for two years before they traded together.
Controversies
Epic Games sued him over the EPIK DUCK name
2025–2026
In July 2026 he posted that Epic Games had sued him over the name EPIK DUCK, that he had kept the case quiet while it ran, that it settled after eight months, and that he paid the legal fees himself. The project rebranded to E-DUCK.
Quotes
“To this day I still use a trade journal for every trade. About 70% of the success in trading is about discipline.”
“You can be wrong about direction/timing and still make a killing.”
“Do you think a single person in the trenches today would wait 2-3 years of pain to realise a 10,000x?”
“Remember, unrealised gains are just a meme. Do not benchmark yourself to your ATH wealth. You need to sell.”
