Notable trades
Yearn
2020
~+$50M
Farmed and bought YFI from its July 2020 launch to 2,925 YFI, about 10% of supply. Sold 2,001 on Uniswap for about $34M and moved the rest, worth about $30M, into pools. He was out by October with a profit of about $50M. At the May 2021 top near $90,000, the full bag would have been worth about $260M.
HYPE
2025–26
+$44.8M to -$28.6M
Peaked at $50.4M in September 2025, up $44.8M all-time, on a $176M long book in ETH, XPL and HYPE. A -$21.5M day on 10 October started the slide, and by November the account held $1,718. He kept depositing, hit his low of -$36.6M in August 2026, then turned $152,000 into $12.7M in three days. On 3 October 2026 he holds $8.1M against $146M of longs, -$28.6M all-time.
Angel
2021–24
Huge losses, his words
Backed Blast, Farcaster, Blur and Friend.tech as an angel and promoted each in public. He puts his cheques into Blast and Farcaster at about $20M each, alongside Abracadabra. In June 2026 he called many of these bets huge losses, and named Friend.tech, Blur and Blast as the ones where buying more on the way down cost him most.
FRIEND
2023–26
~-$16M
Bought about 11 million FRIEND for 5,200 ETH, roughly $16.7M. Worth about $500,000 by August 2026, when he offered $1M for Friend.tech itself. He has never sold the bag.
BAYC
2021–22
~+$12M
Minted about 120 Bored Apes at 0.08 ETH and gave them to DeFi founders, Jay Chou and Vitalik Buterin. In late April 2022 his apes, mutants, dogs, Otherside deeds and ApeCoin were worth about $70M, and he is still the largest Bored Ape holder. The ApeCoin airdrop paid holders free, and in August 2022 he sent 1.5 million APE to Binance.
BLUR
2023–26
~-$10M
Bought hundreds of Apes to farm Blur points, at a cost he put above 12,000 ETH. Sold 1,010 NFTs for 11,680 ETH in two days in February 2023, then bought most of them back. In 2026 he sold Apes into margin calls, including one bought for 76.84 ETH and sold for 7.65.
Trading style
Leveraged conviction longs. On perps he buys the coins he believes in, ETH first, then BTC and HYPE, at 25x to 40x, and adds as they rise: Buy. Goes higher, buy more. He sizes in quarter million, half million dollar clips, rarely sets a stop, and refills margin with a fresh deposit or an NFT sale when a clip is liquidated. He trades by hand from his phone, with no bots. Shorts are rare. He takes them when he judges a coin overvalued, and adds into the squeeze until it turns.
In DeFi he farms new protocols from launch and sells into the rally. In NFTs he buys whole collections at size, farms marketplace points with them, and keeps the inventory as collateral of last resort. He buys launches and news as they break, and averages down into projects whose founders he backs, which he names as the cause of his biggest losses.
He calls the method meat and potatoes. His influences are Level 2 stock day trading, which he did before crypto, the trader Light, whom he credits with his best short, and the conviction of Michael Saylor on Bitcoin and Tom Lee on Ethereum.

“I am a hip-hop artist at heart. So yeah, I'm like everybody else, 20 Ferraris and no gas to pay for it.”
