CBB
Two French brothers who sniped Uniswap listings in 2020, farmed Blur to number one, and now arb Hyperliquid against Interactive Brokers.
- Est. PnL
- ~$80M
- Location
- Dubai
- born in France
- Spent a holiday learning Solidity after his friend mentioned a bot that cleared $500k on one Uniswap listing, then made $50M sniping token launches in two years
- Never traded stocks until Hyperliquid listed them in October 2025, learned Interactive Brokers by pasting screenshots into Claude, then made $10M arbitraging the two
- Farmed Blur with a bot that bid only when a rival farmer bid, and took $15M out of the first two seasons
- Two-second HyperEVM blocks mispriced HYPE against HyperCore; he ran $12.5B through the gap for $5M profit and paid $1.2M in gas fees
- Sold $200 out of a blacklisted wallet to see if it would go through, then $2,000, then about $6M in fifteen minutes
- Eight hours in a French police station in 2023, three of them spent teaching the officers how Uniswap sniping works. They asked which coin to buy before releasing him
Notable trades
KPAD
Mar 2021
~8,300 BNB
The largest single snipe of the BSC launchpad era, sold by hand through a lagging BscScan from a Dubai apartment. He has put it at about $2 million in an hour, and the month at roughly 15,000 BNB across BSC listings.
EVN
Aug 2021
~$6M
Wallets blacklisted during an earlier listing became sellable without warning, months after they had stopped sniping daily. A $200 test sale, then $2,000, then 233 ETH out of a wallet seeded with 2.5. Fifteen minutes of selling across wallets returned about $6 million. They have said they still do not know why the blacklist lifted.
BLUR
Dec 2022–Feb 2024
~$15M
Seasons 1 and 2 of the Blur farm, later stated at $15 million together. Season 1 alone ran about $600k of capital and $160k of inventory losses to a $5 million net profit, realised by selling BLUR above $1. Built from manual bids placed on a ski trip into a bot that only bid when a rival farmer did.
Trading style
Mechanism farming, taken from other people's wallets and industrialised. He does not form a view on an asset and does not need to like it to trade it. He finds a venue whose matching engine can be gamed, reads the wallets already gaming it, and builds a faster version. He says on-chain analysis changed their lives, and the instruction he repeats is to track and understand what addresses are doing rather than to have an opinion.
The work is the same every time. The trade is run by a bot rather than by hand, the infrastructure it needs is counted as part of the position rather than as overhead, and nothing is held for longer than the edge lasts. He rates a farm by how few people are willing to run it and treats an obvious one as already crowded.
Direction is rare, and what he does take is usually hedged somewhere else, so a position visible on one venue is only one leg of a delta neutral strategy. They leave when the market makers arrive.
Quotes
“Our edge has always been deploying a strategy as fast as possible and milking it before the big boys come. They can't deploy a strategy in 48 hours.”
“On-chain analysis is one of the most powerful skills in crypto.”
“Never spend more than the yield generated by money I've already cashed out.”
“The secret is doing things no one else is willing to do. If the farm is obvious, easy and everyone is doing it, it's probably gonna be disappointing.”
